We had an awesome Halloween party. We would like to give a big THANK YOU to all the parents that made it possible. Mrs. Koblarczyk for organizing everything, Mrs. Begler, Mrs. Potter and Mrs. Reategui- for helping with the games, craft and treats. And thank you to the parents that provided the paper products and delicious treats and juice.

Students will also be getting a certificate for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut.
Reading/Language Arts
There will be a guided practice for an assessment. The children will be using the Nearpod app to read the story Chick 'N' Pug. We will continue to work on our Friendship Unit.
Focus: answering and asking questions as who, what, where, when, why and how to demonstrate understanding detail in a text
Grammar: adjectives and collective nouns
Math
This week we have been using the strategy, break apart in the ones place to make a ten, to add it to the tens place. Next week we will be adding 2-digit numbers with and without regrouping.
