Reading
We will be reading Where Do Polar Bears Live? by Sarah L. Thomson. In this story we will learn how the polar bear's special feature makes the arctic a perfect place for polar bears to live. We have learned about the desert and ocean habitats, next will be the rainforests.
Math
Measuring Length
- use addition and subtraction to solve measurement problems
- measure to compare length and express the length difference in a standard length unit
