Reading/Language Arts
The students will be working on writing a story about traveling on the Mayflower to America. They will use the voice of a pilgrim and include some factual information that we learned from reading a story,
Math
We will be reviewing subtraction with and without regrouping. There will be a test on Tuesday.
Science
We will be learning about some of the characteristics of some of the vertebrate groups (reptiles, amphibians, and fish). Animals are grouped by their structural characteristics.
Special Turkey Story
Mrs. Hansen will be reading some special turkey stories to the children this week.
Homework
Reading - read 20 minutes and complete reading log
Math - practice facts and 1-side of worksheet
