After he loses it on his way home, Ricky learns a lesson about

Math
Students will solve problems by selecting a strategy. We will be using mental math to find differences. There will be a test on Chapter 8, 2-Digit Subtraction.
Science
We will begin the Chapter 3, Plants. Students will identify the main parts of plants and understand how stems carry water to the plant. They will understand that plants need sunlight, air, water, and nutrients from soil to grow.
Social Studies
This will be Mr. Healy's last week for Junior Achievement. The students will learn how money is exchanged for goods or services and recognize how money flows through a community's economy.
Homework
Reading -read for 20 minutes and complete the Reading Log
Math - practice math facts and 1 side of a worksheet
