Student of the Week

Reading/Language Arts
We will be reading poetry.  Students will learn that words in a poem are superwords (a few words can be very powerful).  A poem describes things, tells a story or makes you feel a certain way. Some poems have words that rhyme or make a rhythm, like beats in a music.  A poem may have stanzas, or may form a special shape.
