Math

Students will measure lengths of objects in inches, feet, yards and centimeters. They will also measure the perimeter of plane figures and areas in square units.


Science

We will begin chapter 6, Natural Resources. Students will identify air, water, rocks, soil, plants and animals as natural resources and describe ways people use them.


Social Studies

Students will find locations on maps and identify flags as national symbols throughout the world.


Homework

Reading - read 20 minutes and complete reading log

Math - practice facts & one side of a worksheet, 2 sides of a workbook page
