Student of the Week

PBIS- This week is our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Support) kick-off. The students will be reintroduced to our cool tools, that were established last year, to reinforce our school's expectations. At the end of the week we will have a school celebration.
Math- We will review and take the chapter test, Addition Facts and Strategies. We will begin Chapter 2, Subtraction Facts and Strategies. Students will use the strategy counting back.
Science- Little Dragon is not feeling well. We will learn how the Royal Family teaches Little Dragon about the importance of eating a balanced diet.
Social Studies- People work together in the classroom and community by obeying rules and laws. Last week we brainstormed some important rules for our classroom and the students voted for the 4 most important rules. We will practice these rules.
Homework
Reading - read 20 minutes and complete reading log
Math - practice facts & one side of a worksheet, 2 sides of a workbook page
