Grace
Reminder - The Six Flags Read to Succeed reading log is due February 24th. Please remember to record your child's minutes. If you cannot find their log, please let me know and I will send home another copy.
Congratulations - to all of the students for completing their reading logs and earning a certificate for a pizza from Pizza Hut.
Holidays Around the World
This week children will learn about holidays from Sweden, China, Mexico, Poland and Israel as they travel to the classrooms of Mrs. Onorato, Mrs. Oliver, Mrs. Walega, and Mrs. Zurales.
Math
Students will use mental math to find differences. We will practice 2-digit subtraction with and without regrouping for a test on Chapter 8, 2-Digit Subtraction.
Science
We will learn how plants differ by comparing their structural characteristics and how these differences are used to group them.
Social Studies
We will learn ways to care for our resources by conserving and replenishing our natural resources.
