Reading - Our reading theme has been Talent Show, so will be having a talent show this week. Children will be performing their special talent for their classmates.
Math - We will be using repeated subtraction to divide. There will be a review of Chapter 24, Multiplication and Division for a chapter test.
Science - Students will draw conclusions about how light moves and recognize that light can pass through some objects and not others.
Junior Achievement - The students have done a wonderful job producing doughnuts by using an assembly line and unit production. They have learned how to make a decision by listing the pros and cons. They used this decision making process to vote for a mayor. This week Miss Suzanne will show us how money flows through a community's economy.
School Picnic - The PTO is sponsoring our school picnic on Friday, June 1st. They are providing lunch along with games and entertainment.
